Which vehicles can I enquire about?
Cars, vans, eligible EV and hybrid 12V auxiliary battery issues, motorcycles, scooters, campervans, motorhomes, boats, tractors, selected plant machinery and ride-on mowers. Each request is checked individually.
Can you jump-start electric vehicles?
Assistance is limited to eligible 12V auxiliary battery issues where the manufacturer’s procedure allows it. High-voltage traction batteries are not jump-started or repaired by this service.
Can you assist with 24V machinery?
Some commercial vehicles, tractors and plant machinery use 24V or specialist systems. We must confirm the equipment, voltage, safe procedure and capability before agreeing to attend.
Do you sell and fit replacement batteries?
Battery replacement is available by enquiry. The correct specification, availability, fitting procedure and price must be confirmed for your vehicle first.
How much will a call-out cost?
Cost depends on location, vehicle or machinery type, the service required and whether a new battery is needed. Request a quote and confirm the price before work begins.
What areas do you cover?
