Will a test tell me exactly what is wrong?
No. A battery test helps assess the battery. No diagnosis is guaranteed before the vehicle has been inspected, and symptoms can have other causes.
If you jump-start my car, is it fixed?
Not necessarily. A jump-start gets a compatible vehicle going but does not address why the battery went flat.
Do you replace batteries?

Can you diagnose an alternator or a parasitic drain?
