Your form draft stays in this page until you open an external app

The form uses your name, phone number, vehicle location or postcode, vehicle or equipment type, service choice and any additional details to prepare an enquiry. While you type, these values are held temporarily in the browser page. The form does not submit them to our API or save them in a website database, cookies or local storage.

Leaving the page or refreshing normally clears this temporary form state. Your browser may separately remember or restore fields using its own autofill or session features. Avoid including payment details, passwords, medical information or other sensitive information.

If you use the postcode checker, your postcode is put in the contact page’s URL to fill the location field. That URL can appear in browser history and hosting request logs. Do not put a full address or sensitive details in the postcode checker.

What happens when you prepare the WhatsApp enquiry

Selecting “Prepare WhatsApp enquiry” opens WhatsApp using a wa.me link. All the completed form details are encoded in that link’s URL and passed to WhatsApp when it opens, even if you do not send the message. The URL may also be retained in browser history. Encoding the text is not a privacy or encryption safeguard.

No business number is preselected. You must already know and verify the correct recipient, review the draft and choose to send it yourself. Preparing the draft does not deliver it to JumpStart Rescue, and no message is sent automatically. Do not choose an unverified recipient.

Email enquiries

Selecting “Prepare email enquiry” passes the completed form details in a mailto link to your configured email app, addressed to carjumprescue@gmail.com. Direct email links open a new message to the same address. Review the draft and send it yourself; opening a draft does not send it or confirm delivery. If no email app is configured, use your usual email service and enter our address manually.

Your browser, device, email app and email providers may process or retain draft and sent-message information under their own arrangements. Messages you send to us are received in our Gmail mailbox. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your enquiry.

Hosting, fonts and technical requests

This website is served through Replit. Hosting and network providers can process technical request information, such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and access times, for delivery, security and operational purposes. This is separate from the form’s browser-only draft. See Replit’s privacy policy.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts at fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Your browser contacts Google to fetch these resources, which exposes technical information such as your IP address and browser request information. See Google Fonts’ privacy information. Site photographs and icons are served with the site rather than embedded social media or map services.

The current public site code does not add analytics, advertising trackers or cookies, and the enquiry form uses no persistent browser storage. This does not mean that hosting providers, your browser or external services process no data. Development previews may also include Replit development tools that are not part of the production build.

After an enquiry is received

Urgent assistance enquiries are confirmed by phone and other enquiries handled by email. You can call 01925 387176 or email carjumprescue@gmail.com; the form prepares an email draft rather than sending automatically. Call links open your device’s phone app, and your phone provider may process call information. Do not rely on email for an immediate response.

Before launch, the owner still needs to confirm who can access received messages, any email or record-keeping providers, purposes and lawful bases for processing, retention and deletion periods, and any relevant international transfer arrangements. No specific retention period or completed compliance assessment is claimed here.

Questions and your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. These rights are subject to legal conditions.
