An enquiry is not a booking

Using this website, completing the form or opening a WhatsApp draft does not confirm attendance, availability, a response or arrival time, suitability of assistance, or a price. It does not reserve a technician or authorise work or payment.

The form prepares a draft only. Email drafts are addressed to carjumprescue@gmail.com in your configured email app; review and send them yourself. Nothing is sent automatically. The optional WhatsApp draft has no business recipient selected: use it only if you independently know and have verified the correct recipient. Read the privacy information before opening either app: your completed details are passed in the link before you send.

How service is agreed

Bookings are arranged by phone or email. Urgent assistance enquiries are confirmed by a phone call; other enquiries are handled by email. Call links open your phone app and email links prepare a message in your email app. Nothing calls or sends automatically, and the website does not complete bookings.

Before treating a job as agreed, obtain direct confirmation of the location, vehicle or equipment, safe access, suitability, work to be done, availability, attendance arrangements and total price, including any applicable charges. A website description alone is not confirmation that your particular vehicle or fault can be dealt with.

A successful jump-start or repair is not guaranteed by making an enquiry. Tell the operator about battery voltage if known, damage, warning messages, access restrictions and any other relevant safety information. Do not attempt work that is unsafe or contrary to the vehicle or equipment manufacturer’s instructions.

Prices, cancellation and changes

Call-out charges, deposits, payment timing, cancellation or no-access fees and refund arrangements have not yet been confirmed by the owner. This page does not assert that these fees apply, that cancellation is free, or that a deposit is required.

Ask for the applicable price and cancellation terms before agreeing to a booking. If you need to change or cancel an agreed job, contact the business directly using the verified contact used for the booking; this draft form is not a cancellation channel.

Consumer cancellation rights can depend on how and when a contract is made and on the work requested, including urgent repairs. No blanket waiver of those rights or assumption that all call-outs are exempt is made here. Any legally required information or express request to begin work must be handled as part of the actual booking. Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights.
